化学药物治疗在肿瘤治疗中占有重要地位。抗肿瘤药物体外筛选技术是从数量庞大的候选化合物中筛选理想的抗肿瘤药物的重要手段。本文综述了各种抗肿瘤药物体外筛选技术的原理、操作要点和各自的优缺点,并简要介绍了各技术的实际应用,旨在为开发抗肿瘤药物提供理论依据和方法学指导。

Chemotherapy plays an important role in tumor therapy. Antitumor drug screening techniques in vitro are important for screening ideal antitumor drugs from a huge number of candidate compounds. This paper reviewed the principles, operational elements, characteristics and practical application of the screening techniques. We reviewed the techniques, in order to provide theoretical basis and methodology instruction for the development of antitumor drugs.
