摘要
对L3000气缸体铸件浇注不足问题进行了分析,发现原因是:由于组合砂芯在浇注过程中受热膨胀导致砂芯之间产生间隙,引起铁液泄漏进入其内,然而全自动浇注机在铁液浇注量达到设定值时即自动停止浇注,因而导致铸件浇注不足。主要的防止措施是(1)在砂芯接合面设置凹凸槽,防止铁液进入砂芯接合间隙;(2)在铸型上增设压紧条,将砂芯压紧;(3)重新设定L3000气缸体浇注铁液量,适当补充不足的铁液量,减少铸件浇注不足废品。
The problem with the mis-run defect of L3000 cylinder block was analyzed. The reason was found as:since the cores assembly expanded during pouring process due to being heated and caused gaps formation between core and core,and further caused iron melt leakage into the gaps,however,the full-automatic pouring machine would stop pouring automatically as hmg as the pouring weight reached the pre-set value and therefore caused mis-run defect. The main prevention measures were: (1) setting concavo-eonvex strips on the joining surfaces of the cores to avoid iron melt leaking into the joining gaps; (2)setting pressing strips on the mold surface to squeeze the cores; (3)properly increasing pre-set value of the pouring weight to add the iron melt deficiency.
