摘要
"以孝治天下"的实质是借重宗法治国,这种政治模式发端于华夏国家产生之初,其巅峰状态出现在西周。西周是全面贯彻"孝治"的典范,其主要特征是伦理化的政治观念体系、宗法性的政权组织原则和礼制化的以宗法治天下。帝制"孝治"则是从王制"孝治"蜕变而来的。源远流长的政治传统导致"孝"及"孝治天下"成为中国古典政治学的核心范畴及核心命题之一。
"To rule the world with Filial Piety" was in fact to rule the country by clan law. This political model derived from the start of the state of Huaxia and reached its apex in Western Zhou. Western Zhou was the paragon of a full rule by Filial Piety, whose main features included ethicized political ideology, government organization principle of clan law and ritualized "to rule the world with elan law". The Filial Piety of Di Zhi derived from the transformation of wang zhio The perpetual political tradition gave rise to Filial Piety and "to rule the world with Filial Piety", one of the core categories and propositions of Chinese classical science of polities.
