Research on the Social Management Innovation Mechanism in Procuratorial Organ——Based on the Crimes Perspective

社会管理创新既是对世界范围内公共管理改革运动的积极回应,也是顺应我国社会现实发展情况的必然举措。在以法治为保障的社会管理背景下,从检察机关职务犯罪侦查的视角看社会管理创新,就是要以社会管理创新理论为逻辑起点,审视职务犯罪侦查工作参与社会管理创新的可行性,明确职务犯罪侦查工作参与社会管理创新的必要性、目标方向和遵循准则,探索职务犯罪侦查工作参与社会管理创新和法治化的思路和途径。

The social management innovation is not only a positive response to the worldwide public management reform movement, but also an inevitable move to comply with the development of China＇s social reality. Under the background of the law guaranteed social management mechanism, viewing from the investigation of duty crime in the procuratorial organ, we should start with the social management and social management innovation theory as the logical origin, reconsider the possibility of duty crime investigation which involved in the innovation of social management. At the same time, we should clarify the necessity, aim and criterion of duty crime investigation and explore new and legalized ways to insure it.
