胃类癌1例临床报告
摘要
1 病历摘要 女，53岁。反复上腹痛伴腹胀1月余，于进食后加重，偶伴恶心、呕吐。查体：上腹部轻压痛。内镜下见胃体中上段大弯侧见一圆形微黄色无蒂息肉样隆起，大小0．4cmX0．5cm，表面光滑（A）；胃窦后壁见1枚无蒂息肉，约0．6cm×0．8cm，表面光滑（B）分别行胃息肉高频电切除术，送检标本。病理诊断：A结合免疫组织化学结果：胃神经内分泌肿瘤：考虑类癌。
