白介素-17、-23在结核性脑膜炎中的免疫致病机制探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨白介素(IL)-17、-23在结核性脑膜炎(TBM)中的致病机制及其对TBM诊断和预后的意义。方法:用双抗体夹心法检测18例TBM患者(TBM组)血清及脑脊液(CSF)中IL-17、-23因子水平。并对IL-17、-23与TBM组CSF中各参数的相关性进行分析。结果:TBM组血清和CSF中IL-17水平分别为83.8±5.9和106.4±8.8;IL-23水平分别为103.1±7.1和172.8±8.3,与对照组比均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且IL-17、-23升高水平与TBM组CSF中的WBC数量正相关。结论:IL-17、-23在TBM的免疫致病机制中起着重要作用。 Objective:To reveal the pathological mechanism and the prognostic value of interleukin-17,-23 in the tubercular meningitis(TBM)patients. Methods:Serum and CSF of 18 TBM patients were collected to detect IL-17,-23 with ELISA method. The relationship of IL-17,-23 changes with the parameters of CSF was analyzed by the pearson correlation. Results:IL-17,-23 levels in serum and CSF in the TBM group were 83.8±5.9 and 106.4±8.8,103.1±7.1 and 172.8±8.3, respectively. IL-17,-23 in the TBM group were higher than those the control group(P0.01). IL-17,-23 had correlation with WBC numbers. Conclusion:IL-17,-23 may play important roles in pathological mechanism of TBM.
