摘要
基于某标准设计模块220 kV双回路转角干字型塔地线支架空间桁架模型和梁桁混合模型力学计算,对干字型地线支架进行研究,得出空间桁架模型上平面主材轴力偏小,下平面主材轴力偏大及地线挂点处主材弯矩作用不能忽略的结论。通过ANSYS数值模拟分析,认证了梁桁混合模型比空间桁架模型用于地线支架计算更加合理;地线挂点处节点板受弯、受轴力、受剪,易发生节点板破坏,目前,国内地线支架节点板设计通常仅满足《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017—2003)节点板设计的构造要求,因此节点板存在一定的安全隐患。
Based on a standard design module, mechanical calculations were performed for the ground wire support of a 220 kV " ~ " shaped double circuit angle tower, and the space truss model and the truss-beam model were used. For the space truss model, it reveals that the axial force of the main compo- nents is smaller on the upper plane and larger in the bottom plane; and the bending moment of the main component cannot be neglected for the ground wire support hanging point. Numeri- cal simulation analysis with ANSYS was carried out, and it comes to the conclusion that the truss-beam model is more rea- sonable than the space truss model in the calculation of ground wire support. The bending, the axial force, the shear force & the gusset plate of the ground wire support hanging point are easy to damage. Currently, the design of the gusset plate of the ground wire support is only to meet the structural requirements of "code for design of steel structures" (GB50017--2003), and security issue existes here.
