摘要 电力系统对电力的频率质量有着严格要求,为了满足电力系统快速无差的调频要求,需要合适的调频控制系统。基于乐清电厂3#汽轮机组原型,首先建立汽轮机动态过程、DEH调速器和系统频率响应的数学模型;然后对控制策略进行研究;运用Matlab编程,研究负荷功率变动时的频率变化情况。研究表明,PI控制可以实现快速无差调节。 The power system has strict requirement on fre- quency quality. In order to meet the requirement of controlling the system quickly and accurately, the appropriate frequency control system is needed. Based on the 3# steam turbine unit pro- totype of Yueqing power plant, the steam turbine dynamic pro- cess, the DEH governor and the math models responding to sys- tem frequency are built up. Then research is carried out on the appropriate control strategy and Matlab programming is used to research the frequency variation when the load power changes. Research shows that PI control can be used to realize indiffer- ence quickly.
