摘要
文章针对MWD随钻测井仪定向测量仪电源板进行设计、分析,并给出相应的设计方案。该设计以DCDC控制器为核心,通过外围MOSFET、二极管和电感实现DCDC变换,限流功能通过精密电阻采样电路实现。5V和13V电压的输出可控通过MOSFET和三极管来实现和保证。
The paper introduces a design scheme that is processed based on reliability analysis of the power panel of MWD orientators.The design scheme discussed in the paper uses DC/DC controller as the core.DC/DC conversion is conducts by the peripheral MOSFET,diode and inductor,and the current limiting function is realized with the precision resistance sampling circuit.The controllability of 5V/13V voltage output is implemented and guaranteed by MOSFETs and triodes.
