重要经济目标应对精确打击的伪装防护问题

重要经济目标是信息化战争中敌方打击的首选和重心，探讨其精确打击下的生存能力对赢得未来战争的胜利具有重要意义。通过对重要经济目标、信息化侦察设备和精确打击模式的分析认为：重要经济目标伪装的目的是防精确打击，而不是通常所说的防侦察监视；其核心问题是采取恰当的措施阻止或干扰攻击方的目标捕获过程。伪装的基本原则是：战时伪装为主，平时伪装为辅；临时伪装为主，永久伪装为辅；可见光伪装为主，雷达、红外伪装为辅。在此基础上提出了重要经济目标伪装的分类及其对伪装防护装备器材的要求。

The important economic targets have become the first goal and the focal point in the informationized war. It is necessary to investigate the survivability of them under the precision strike, which is important for winning the war in the future. Through the analysis of important economic targets, informationized reconnaissance equipment and precision strike patterns, it is presented that the camouflage purpose of the important economic targets is against precision striking, not against the so-called reconnaissance and surveillance. The central issue is to take appropriate measures to prevent or jam the target acquisition process of the attacker. The basic principles of camouflage are cam-ouflage in wartime first, in peace time second;temporary camouflage first, permanent camouflage second;visible camouflage first, radar camouflage and infrared camouflage economic targets and the requirements of camouflage second. The classification of the camouflage on important equipment and apparatuses are put forward.
