摘要
对彩叶草通过组织培养进行快速繁殖，以带腋芽的茎段为外植体，分别诱 导启动、分化、生根形成再生植 株，并移栽成活。在ＭＳ＋ＢＡ １．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ ０．０１ｍ ｇ／Ｌ培养基上诱导丛生芽效果最佳。在１／２ＭＳ＋ＩＢＡ ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基中根的诱导率在８０％ 以上。
This paper studies the way of tissue culture of Coleus blu mei．T he stem with axillary bud was chosen as explants and regenerative p1ants formed respectively by means of induction，differentiation and taking root cultures，fi nally survived after transplantation． The best media of differentiation is MS＋BA1.0mg／L＋NAA0.01mg/L ．The rooting rate is over 80％ in 1/2Ms＋IBA0.1mg／L．
