依靠科技适应市场强化示范积极参与种植业结构调整

RELYING ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY,ADAPTING TO MARKET, STRENGTHENING DEMONSTRATION AND TAKING AN ACTIVE PART IN REGULATING STRUCTURE OF PLANTING INDUSTRY

在新一轮农业产业结构调整中 ,浦东新区农业技术推广中心 ,根据新区发展种植业的新要求、新任务 ,对自身的功能、地位作了准确定位。总结了“适应市场 ,正确定位 ;调整方法 ,建好‘窗口’ ;立足基地 ,强化示范”调整种植业结构的实践经验 ,提出了进一步依靠科技 。

In a new round of regulation of agricultural structure,Pudong New District Agrotechnical Extension Center has correctly oriented its own function and position according to new needs,new tasks in the development of planting industry in Pudong New District. The practical experiences in regulating structure of planting industry concerning adaptation to market,correct orientation,methods of regulation, setting up of windows,standing on bases and strengthening of demonstration are summarized;besides,the plans for further relying on science and technology and doing well the practical work of regulating the structure of planting industry are also put forward.
