摘要
从嘉定农业专业人才队伍的实际出发 ,阐述了嘉定农业人才自 1987年以来在农业科研、示范、推广等方面所取得的成果 ,分析了当前嘉定农业专业人才队伍的现状和存在的不足之处 ,提出了开发农业专业技术人才队伍的对策措施 。
Based on the practical works of the agricultural professional talent contingent in Jiading District, the achievements in agricultural scientific research, demonstration, extension and other domains won by the agricultural professional talent contingent since 1987 are related, the actualities and existent deficiencies of the present agricultural professional talent contingent in Jiading District are analyzed, and the countermeasures to develop the agricultural professional talent contingent are put forward, providing a feasible train of thought for the development of modern agriculture in Jiading District.
