摘要
目的探讨树突状细胞负载胶质瘤细胞肿瘤疫苗治疗脑胶质瘤母细胞的临床疗效。方法将64例脑胶质瘤患者随机均分为两组,两组均采用传统的手术及术后放化疗治疗,实验组在此基础上采用树突状细胞负载胶质瘤细胞肿瘤疫苗联合术后放化疗治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果放化疗后,实验组完全缓解者17例,部分缓解11例,稳定病变4例,有效28例,有效率为87.50%;对照组完全缓解者13例,部分缓解8例,稳定病变11例,有效21例,有效率为65.63%。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.2667,P=0.0389),实验组高于对照组;实验组1、3年生存率分别为100.0%、68.9%,对照组1、3年生存率分别为100.0%、52.7%,实验组疗效优于对照组(χ2=4.231,P=0.014);实验组接种疫苗后不良反应发生率34.38%,对照组31.25%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.071,P=0.790)。结论采用树突状细胞负载胶质瘤细胞肿瘤疫苗联合术后放化疗治疗脑胶质瘤患者疗效较好,有重要临床参考价值。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of dendritic cell loaded with glioma cell tumor vaccine on glioma patients. Methods The 64 glioma patients with were randomly divided into two groups, traditional surgery and postoperative chemoradiation therapy were used in both groups, on the basis of conventional radiation and chemotherapy after surgery, the operation of dendritic cell loaded with glioma tumor cell vaccine was made in the experimental group. The curative effect was compared between two groups. Result After radiation and chemotherapy,17 cases were completely relieved, 11 cases were partialy relieved and 4 cases were stable, 28 were effective (87.50%) were found in the experiment group; meanwhile in control group, 13 cases were completely relieved, 8 cases were partially relieved, 11 cases were stable, 21 were effective ( 65.63%).Were reported the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (X2 = 4.2667, P = 0.0389). survival rates of experiment group for 1 and 3 year after treatment were 1130.0% and 68.9%, survival rates of control group after 1 and 3 year were 100% and 52.7%, curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of control group(x2=4.231, P = 0.014). No statistically significant difference of adverse reactions rate of vaccination were found between experiment group (34.38%) and control group (31.25%)(X2=0.071, P=0.790).Conclusion Clinical curative effect of dendritic cell loaded with glioma cell tumor vaccine on glioma patients after radiation and chemotherapy was good.
