丹参多酚酸盐对UA患者介入治疗后血液流变学的影响 被引量:2

Effects of salvianolate polyphenols salt on the hemorheology in patients with unstable angina after intervention therapy

摘要 目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对不稳定型心绞痛患者介入治疗后血液流变学的影响。方法 40例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为PCI组(n=20)和丹参多酚酸盐(SPS)组(n=20)。PCI组给予药物治疗和PCI治疗。丹参多酚酸盐组在PCI组治疗的基础上,择期PCI术前48h给和术后连续3d予丹参多酚酸盐40mg静脉滴注。治疗前、治疗后3d和治疗后7d测定血液流变学指标。结果两组治疗后3d和治疗后7d,患者血液的低切血粘度、高切血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原浓度均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中以治疗后7d下降最明显(P<0.05或P<0.01);而红细胞变形指数则较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中以治疗后7d上升最明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。而相同治疗时间内与PCI组相比,丹参多酚酸盐组加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗后3d和7d均能更好的降低患者血液的低切血粘度、高切血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原浓度及升高红细胞变形指数(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论丹参多酚酸盐通过影响血液流变学指标,改善冠心病患者的微循环,在冠心病如不稳定型心绞痛的诊治中有着重要的临床意义。 Objuective To evaluate the effects of salvianolate polyphenols salt on the hemorheology in patients with unstable angina after intervention therapy. Methods Forty patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into PCI group (n=20) and salvianolate polyphenols salt group (n=20). Salvianolate polyphenols salt was, based on the therapy of PCI group, added to those in salvianolate polyphenols salt group. The indicators of low blood viscosity, high blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation, hematocrit and fibrinogen were decreased 3 days and 7 days after therapy in both groups. Result The red blood cell deformations were increased 3 days and 7 days after therapy in both groups. Compared with PCI group, salvianolate polyphenols salt was capable of significantly reduce the indexes of low blood viscosity, high blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation, hematoerit and fibrinogen in patients and it was also could also raise the red blood cell deformation index. Conclusion Salvianolate polyphenols salt can influence the hemorheology and improve the mierocirculation in patients with unstable angina.
