摘要
目的二甲基亚砜是常用化学溶剂,探讨二甲基亚砜体外抗菌效果,为其应用提供基础资料。方法用浊度试验判断二甲基亚砜的抗菌作用;通过微孔板倍比稀释法分析二甲基亚砜对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌和白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果二甲基亚砜有一定的抑菌作用,当其浓度为0.18mol/L时,对大肠埃希菌、痢疾杆菌有明显的抑制作用;当其浓度为0.35 mol/L时,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果明显;当其浓度为0.70 mol/L时,对白色念珠菌抑菌效果显著。结论二甲基亚砜对人类常见致病菌有一定的的抑菌和杀菌作用,在临床上可能有一定的应用价值。在抗菌药物实验中,以二甲基亚砜为溶剂时,要注意其本身的抗菌作用。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of dimethyl sulfoxide in vitro. Methods The antibacterial activities (MBC and MIC) of dimethyl sulfoxide against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella dysenteriae and Canidia albieans were analyzed with turbidity test and microplate double dilution method. Results Dimethyl sulfoxide showed a significant antibacterial effect on tested pathogen strains. Dimethyl sulfoxide showed a significantly inhibiting effect on Escherichia coli and Shigella dysenteriae; at the concentration of 0.18mol/L, at the concentration of 0.35 mol/L, it showed an obviously inhibiting effect on Staphylococcus aureus, and at concentration of 0.70 mol/L it could signifieandy inhibit the growth of Canidia albican. Dimethyl sulfoxide could significandy inhibit and kill common human pathogens. Conclusion Dimethyl sulfoxide possessed certain bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect on common human pathogens of clinical importance. When dimethyl sulfoxide is used as solvent in the antibacterial experiment, attention should be paid to antibacterial effect in itself.
