摘要
美国、英国、德国等发达国家的校长培训机构相对成熟,其功能与运作模式,对我们有借鉴价值。通过了解美国、英国、德国的中小学校长培训管理机构现状,总结出其培训体系日益网络化与层次化、培训项目与学历挂钩、注重培训内容的应用性、培训日渐全球化等经验和总趋势。
The principal training agencies in some developed countries such as America,Britain,Germany are relatively mature,whose function and operation mode have reference value to us. By introducing the present situation of foreign school principal training management agencies in America,Britain,and Germany,this paper summed up the experience and general trend that the training system is increasingly networked and hierarchical, the training programs are linked up with education background,the applicability of training content is focused on, and the training is increasingly globalized.
