摘要
以 MS为基本培养基 ,在不同激素成份及浓度水平下 ,诱导神灯白掌茎尖 ,进行组培试验 .研究表明 :适合茎尖诱导培养基为改良 MS+ 6 - BA1 .5~ 3 .0 mg·L-1+ NAA0 .5~ 1 .0 mg·L-1,诱导率为 90 % ;适合不定芽增殖培养基为改良 MS+ 6 - BA 0 .5~ 2 .5mg· L-1+ NAA 0 .5~1 .5mg· L-1,芽年增殖系数达 4.2 1 2 ,适合生根诱导培养基为 1 /2 MS+ NAA 1 .0 mg· L-1或 1 /2 MS+ IBA1 .0 mg· L-1,生根率可达 90 %以上 .选择继代一级芽苗直接移植于基质中 ,进行瓶外发根培养 ,成活率可达 85%以上 。
Using the MS culture medium,the shoot tip of Spathiphyllum floribundu was induced and cultured with the different hormone in different concentration levels The results revealed that the suitable culture medium for shoot tip induction was the improved MS+6BA 1 5~3 0 mg/L+ NAA 0 5~1 0 mg/L,whose induction rate reached 90%; the suitable culture medium for adventitious bud multiplication was the improved MS+6BA 0 5~2 5 mg/L+NAA 0 5~1 5 mg/L,in which the annual multiplication coefficient of adventitious bud gained 4 212;the suitable culture for rooting induction was 1/2 MS+NAA 1 0 mg/L or 1/2MS+IBA 1 0 mg/L,whose rooting rate was more than 90% The first rate generation continuing seedling were selected,transplanted and cultured for taking root on the culture medium outside the test tube,whose survival rate reached more than 85% So,it was an effective way to quicken the factory seedling speed and to reduce the cost of tissue culture seedling
