某选煤厂职业病危害现状分析

Investigation on present situation of occupational hazards in the coal preparation plant

目的了解某选煤厂职业病危害现状及防治对策。方法进行现场职业卫生调查,对作业场所的职业病危害因素进行检测,对接触职业病危害因素人员进行职业健康检查。结果该厂32.5%噪声检测点8 h等效A声级不符合职业接触限值要求,8.8%煤尘检测浓度不符合职业接触限值要求,接触有害作业的工人尚未发现职业病。结论该厂职业病危害重点是噪声、煤尘,应加强噪声、煤尘的检测及防护。

Objective To understand the occupational hazards and the control measures in a coal preparation plant. Methods Field occupational health survey, occupational hazards detection and occupational health examination of workers were performed. Results The 8 h equivalent A - weighted sound pressure level in 32. 5% of the noise detection points were not in line with the requirements. 8. 8% coal dust concentration were not in line with the requirements. Exposure to harmful homework workers wasn＇ t diagnosed the occupational diseases. Conclusion The main occupational hazards are noise and coal dust in this factory which should be well monitored and controlled.
