摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司武汉分公司铁路汽油密闭装车系统采用的是气囊式密闭装车鹤管设备,经检测装车过程中装油罐口处油气泄漏质量浓度小于200μg/g,同时通过采用吸收-吸附组合工艺进行油气回收,在冬季检测油气回收率达0.84‰,油气回收装置处理效率达98%以上,经回收装置处理后油气排放质量浓度小于6 g/m3,实现达标排放。系统运行稳定,对汽油正常装车过程无影响。比较了气囊式密闭上装小鹤管与普通锥帽式鹤管的结构特点,介绍了油气回收系统的主要设备及工艺操作条件,分析了运行效果。
Closed-loop gasoline loading is realized by using air bag type closed-loop loading arm in Railway Transportation Platform of SINOPEC Wuhan Company.The tests show that the concentration of oil vapor leakage at the opening of loading tanks is less than 200 ppm.When the combination process of absorption and adsorption has been adopted for gasoline and oil vapor recovery in winter,the recovery rate of oil vapor is as high as 0.84% in winter,and treating efficiency of oil vapor recovery system is above 98%.The drainage concentration of gasoline and oil vapor after treatment is less than 6 g/m3,which meets the emission requirements.The system is operating stably without any impact on normal loading operation of gasoline.The air bag type closed-loop loading arm is compared with common conical cap type,the main equipment and process conditions of oil vapor recovery system are described,and operation results are analyzed.
