摘要
介绍了柴油低温临界吸收-碱液脱硫-净化气焚烧工艺在某炼油厂氧化脱硫醇尾气治理工业装置上的成功应用.该炼油厂氧化脱硫醇尾气中油气体积分数为10%~40%,有机硫化物总质量浓度达2 000 mg/m3以上,尾气含烃浓度高、污染性强、恶臭气味大,排放量为150 m^3/h.氧化脱硫醇尾气经过柴油低温吸收-碱液脱硫净化后,排气中油气质量浓度小于25 g/m^3,有机硫化物去除率大于99%,硫化氢的排放浓度小于10 mg/m^3,尾气净化装置的油气回收率高达95%.排放气再进入焚烧炉燃烧,燃烧净化后排放气体中油气浓度低于50 mg/m^3,装置年回收油气量502.7 t以上,达到了油气回收和恶臭治理效果,具有明显的环保效益和经济效益.
The odor treatment process of "diesel low-temperature critical absorption-desulfurization-gas incineration" was successfully applied in the tail gas treatment for a refinery gasoline sweetening unit.The concentration of oil vapor was 10% ~40% (v)in the tail gas of the sweetening unit.The concentration of organic sulfide was over 2 000 mg/m3.Therefore,the tail was characterized by high concentration hydrocarbon,strong pollution and bad odor.The exhaust emission was 150 m3/h.After tail gas was purified by low-temperature diesel absorption,the oil vapor in emission gas was lower than 25 g/m3,the removal rate of organic sulfide was higher than 99%,the emission concentration of hydrogen sulfide was lower than 10 mg/m3 and the recovery rate of oil vapor was as high as 95 %.After emission gas was combusted in the incinerator,the emission concentration of oil vapor of exhaust gas was reduced to lower than 50 mg/m3.The application of this technology could realize oil vapor recovery and odor control.The annual oil vapor recovered was more than 502.7tons,which offers obvious economic and environmental benefits.
