摘要
引入软测量技术 ,成功地开发了基于电热连续结晶机槽内温度梯度 ,来实现槽内物料组分的测量 .此软测量仪具有良好的人机界面并具有一定的智能 ,可根据温度或组分的实际分布与理想分布之差异 ,给出操作策略 ,以指导操作人员产出合格的产品 .
This paper has successfully developed a intelligentized software measuring instrument of the materiel components in electrorefining successive crystallization machine by its temperature grads. The instrument has a good man-machine interface and some intelligence.It can show operation strategy to guide worker producing by errors between real and ideal temperature grads and components.
