锡醇盐的合成研究

The Studies on the Synthesis of Stannic Alkoxides

锡醇盐是溶胶 -凝胶法制备IT0薄膜的前驱体 .本文采用氨法和醇钠法两种方法研究了用四氯化锡的醇溶液合成锡醇盐 ,实验结果表明 :氨法比醇钠法优越 ;乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇反应活性依次降低 ;锡酸乙酯、锡酸异丙酯、锡酸正丁酯稳定性依次增强 .

Stannic a1koxides are the precursor used for preparing of ITO films by the sol gel method. Reactions involving alcoholic: solutions of stanic chloride with either ammonia or sadium alkoxides were investigated. The conclusions of the experiment show: the order of reactivity is EtOH>Pr iOH>Bt nOH; the order of stabi1ity is Sn(OEt) 4<Sn(OPr i) 4<Sn(OBu n) 4; the ammonia method is more suitab1e for preparing stannic alkoxides than sodium alkoxides methed.
