Current research situation of mechanical product modeling and its development trend

文章探讨并行工程环境下支持自顶向下设计的产品建模的意义及需要解决的问题 ,描述了建模模式总体框架 ,综述了语言模型、几何模型、特征模型、图树模型、对象模型、知识模型和图象模型等建模方法的特点、研究现状及应用局限 ,最后总结了产品建模研究的趋势 ,介绍了主模型和建模服务市场等最新研究进展。

In this paper,the existing problems of mechanical product modeling in the top to bottom design supported by concurrent design are discussed, and the general diagram is described.The present modeling methods are reviewed,including the geometric modeling,graphical modeling, object oriented modeling, feature modeling,knowledge modeling, etc. Finally,the present developing trends of product modeling research are analyzed,such as the product data management in the network based modeling environment, application of artificial intelligence.
