靶向HER3的治疗性单克隆抗体研究进展

摘要 人表皮生长因子受体3（human epidermal growth factor receptor 3,HER3）是Ⅰ型跨膜酪氨酸激酶受体,在多种肿瘤中表达上调.此文就HER3的结构特征、HER3与肿瘤的关系以及抗HER3抗体的抗肿瘤作用进行简要综述. Human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 （ HER3 ） is a type I transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor. HER3 gene expression is up-regulated in a variety of tumors. This article briefly reviews the structural characteristics of HER3, the relationship between HER3 and tumorigenesis, and anti-tumor effect of antibody against HER3.
