摘要
对HPb59- 1铅黄铜进行了 470℃保温 8mim冰盐水中冷却的简单超塑性处理 ,效果极为明显 ,在 60 0℃ ,以 0 .5mm/min的速度拉伸 ,延伸率可达 72 3% .用X射线衍射对晶体结构的分析表明 :处埋后的材料 ,两相中有序的β’相转变成无序的 β相 ,增加了储存能 ,有促进再结晶的作用 .在高温此合金是通过动态再结晶过程完成显微组织的等轴化 ,α + β两相晶粒的相互制约 ,起到稳定组织的作用 ,从而其超塑性极为明显 .对供应状态的HPb59- 1铅黄铜研究表明 :在R状态在一定的条件下也具有良好的超塑性 ,在 630℃ ,延伸率可达 30 7% ,可以满足较大变形程度的要求 .
The auther treat HPb59-1 lead-brass with 470℃× 8min,quenching with water. The material superplastic is remarkable:600℃ 0.5mm/min drawing,δ=723%.X-ray analysis proves that organized β′ becoming no-organizedβ,so the material's energy increasing,re-crystalling process easy. In high temprature, the grain become axle with re-crystalling process,the grain is not growth because of α+βcondition each other.HPb59-1R lead-brass also has superplastic under such condition:600℃ 0.5mm/min drawing,δ=307%.
