摘要
基于SiO2 MgO Al2 O3 K2 O CaO B2 O3 F系可切削玻璃陶瓷 ,进行了成分对透明玻璃的形成与云母析晶影响的研究·结果表明 ,通过适当调整K2 O ,CaO含量及比例 ,既可防止失透 ,又能获得大量的云母相·在CaO稳定作用下 ,ZrO2 的加入可抑制云母晶体的长大 ,并在室温仍可保留较多的四方相ZrO2 ,大大提高了云母玻璃陶瓷的强度·
The effects of composition on the formation of transparent glass and crystallization of mica in the machinable glass ceramics were studied based on the system of SiO 2 MgO Al 2O 3 K 2O CaO B 2O 3 F. By adjusting the contents and ratio of K 2O and CaO properly, the glass becomes not only transparent but also with large amount of mica in it. The addition of ZrO 2 results in a fine crystal structure. A large number of t ZrO 2 particles can be stabilized to room temperature by the addition of CaO. Due to the refinement of structure and the existence of t ZrO 2, strength of the mica glass ceramics can be improved remarkably.
