摘要
介绍在陶瓷地砖上用最简单实用的化学热沉积工艺制备出成本低廉的半导体电热膜 ,研制新型建筑装修材料—“恒温地面”,同时通过大量的实验数据 ,详细讨论了陶瓷表面的敏化、核的植入、膜的生长、沉积速率、温度梯度场等相关问题 ,阐明了半导体电热膜的成膜机理及制备工艺·
It was investigated for formation of semiconductor electrothermal film on surface of porcelain by the present process to carry out thermal deposit of ceramic floor porcelain tile. A new building material called “constant temperature floor”was produced. The problems on sensibilization,nucleic implantation,film growth,deposit rate and temperature field were discussed and analyzed by a large of data of experiment. The forming mechanism and the process were also illustrated.
