在主从式微机控制系统的设计中 ,必须解决好主从机的通讯问题。文章提出了一种在 Windows环境下使用DELPHI4编程语言实现工控机与可编程序控制器进行串行通讯的方法——基于控件的冗余法 ,用在数控型精校机的控制系统中 ,且与其它两种通讯方法作了对比试验。试验结果表明 ,基于控件冗余法可提高串行通讯可靠性 10 %左右 ,满足了数控精校机控制系统对工控机与 PL
The data communication between industrial computer and PLC is very important in the design of microcomputer control system. This paper presents a data communication method—the redundancy method based on components, used in the Windows programming condition.Some contrast experiments have been made in data communication between master computer and slave computer. The experimental results indicate that the reliability of serial data communication can be enhanced by 10%, and the needs of data communication between industrial computer and PLC in precise straightening press can be met by using the redundancy method based on components.
