摘要
介绍了双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET薄膜)生产线静电吸附系统的组成和原理,分析了成品膜静电纹产生的机理和影响膜片贴附效果的因素,提出了静电吸附系统调试的方法是找到电晕稳定工作点。
The constitution and the principle of electrostatic adherence system of BOPET produc-tion line are introduced. The generation of electrostatic grains and the factors influencing the ad-sorption effect are analyzed. Results show that finding the stable working point of electric corona is a suitable method to adjust the electrostatic adherence system.
