摘要
基于有限元分析软件ANSYS中的流体仿真模块CFX,模拟固相烧结炉在加热过程中的温度场分布变化规律,分析了不同条件下固相烧结炉加热壁面、散热壁面对温度场分布的影响,为更合理地使用固相烧结炉提供重要的参考。
This paper describes the temperature field simulation model of solid-phase sintering furnace. The model for solid-phase sintering furnace heating process was simulated by ANSYS CFX software. Effects of heating wall and cooling wall on the distribution of temperature in different conditons were investeated, which can provide important reference for the much more suitable use of solid-phase sintering furnace.
