摘要
随着现代雷达技术的发展,汇流环在雷达系统中的应用越来越广泛,汇流环关键材料的特性决定了汇流环的整体性能。本文介绍了汇流环设计中关键材料的选用原则,讨论了各种电刷材料、导电环材料和绝缘环材料的特性,并根据雷达使用要求和环境条件来选用合适的汇流环关键材料。
With the development of the aerostat-borne radar,the slip-ring is used more and more widely on it. Properties of the key material selection of slip-ring determine the overall performance. The material selection of slip-ring design is introduced in this paper. Properties of brush material, electrical ring material and insulation material are also discussed. Results show that the slip-ring material should be selected according to the operating requirement and the operating condition of the radar.
