摘要
减少汇水箱的阻力系数可以提高泵站装置效率 ,文章采用相似原理设计泵站多边形汇水箱水力模型 ,并对多边形汇水箱的不同流态进行了模型试验。根据π定理和回归分析 ,对不同系列组合下的试验数据进行了计算 ,讨论了多边形汇水箱阻力系数的影响因素 ,建立了多边形汇水箱阻力系数的数学模型 ,为泵站优化设计、改建、扩建进行了有益的探索。
Reducing drag coefficient of sink tank can raise efficiency of pumping station. In this paper, the theory of similarity is used to design the hydraulic model of polygonal sink tank,and the different flowing states of the model are tested. According to π theorem and the principle of regression analysis, the test data of different combined series are calculated,the influencing factors of polygonal sink tank are discussed, and the mathematical model of drag coefficient is set up. The study is helpful to the optimal design, reconstruction and upgrading of pumping station.
