摘要
现代制造业对测量装置提出了如何更快地适应产品规格型号变化带来的测量系统快速调整的要求。文章介绍了一种满足这种要求的用于尺寸测量的数控二维测量装置 ,该装置具有结构紧凑、控制方便、大量程和高精度的特点 ,易于在自动测试系统中实现敏捷测量。
Modern manufacturing requires the quick speed adjustment of measuring system with the change of product standard and type. This paper introduces a sort of numerical control two coordinate measuring device for length measurement which can satisfy the requirement. The device has compact structure, convenient control, wide scope and high precision, and is apt to realize agile measurement in an auto measuring system. The paper also analyzes its static characteristic through tests.
