摘要
以钛酸正丁酯和三异丙醇胺为原料,在一定工艺条件下制备了钛酸叔胺酯固化剂,然后与E-51环氧树脂复配制备了电气绝缘浇铸料,分析了制备钛酸叔胺酯的各种影响因素和浇铸胶的性能等。结果表明:制备钛酸叔胺酯的最佳工艺条件为:钛酸正丁酯与三异丙醇胺的摩尔比为3∶4,真空度2660~3990 Pa,反应温度120~130℃;配制的浇铸料力学性能和电气性能优异,可满足应用要求。
A tertiary amine titanate was synthesized by copolymerization of tetrabutyl titanate and tri-iso-propanolamine under certain process condition. A casting plastic was prepared by mixing tertiary amine ti-tanate and E-51 epoxy resin, and different influence factors in the preparation of tertiary amine titanate and the properties of the casting plastic were studied. The results show that the optimum process condi-tion in preparation of tertiary amine titanate is that the molar ratio of tetrabutyl titanate and tri-isopropa-nolamine is 3∶4, the vacuum degree is 2 660-3 990 Pa, and the reaction temperature is 120-130℃. The prepared casting plastic has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, which can satisfy the applica-tion requirements.
