摘脱式联合收割机割台损失的研究

对影响摘脱式联合收割机割台损失的几种主要因素进行了定性分析 ,给出了部分因素对割台损失的影响曲线 基于因次分析 ,得出了割台损失与机器前进速度、摘脱滚筒旋转角速度和作物穗幅差相关的损失模型 ,并用试验数据对该模型的系数进行了拟合 ,同时对由该模型得出的损失曲线进行了分析

A qualitative analysis is given to several primary factors concerning the stripper header loss of stripping combine harvesters and loss curves corresponding to some factors are also given. Based on an dimensional analysis, a loss model is derived to describe how the forward speed of the machine, the angular velocity of stripping cylinder and the fluctuation of crop height influence the stripper header loss. Based on test data, most fitting values are given to the coefficients of the model, and loss curves drawn according to this model are analyzed at the same time.
