摘要
针对创新能力培养与统一化、标准化人才培养方式之间的矛盾 ,提出了差别化、个性化人才培养模式是提高创新能力的途径之一。
In view of the contradiction between the training of innovative abilities and unified and standardized training of talented people, this paper puts forward the point that it is one of the ways to improve innovative abilities to differentialize and personalize the training model of talented people.
