摘要
从高校人才资源与社会兼职及变相流动这种现象存在的客观原因入手 ,得出兼职是部分高校高层次科教人员实现知识资本利益最大化的理性选择的结论 ,然后辨证地分析了高校高层次人才变相流动和参与社会兼职所产生的利弊 ,最后就如何克服它所产生的消极影响作了一点阐述。
Starting with the objective causes for the existence of the phenomenon of the involvement of talented people resource of colleges and universities in social part-time jobs and converted flow of personnel, this paper comes to the conclusion that taking part-time jobs is the rational choice for the part of high-level personnel in science and teaching to realize the maximization of their knowledge capital interests. Secondly, this paper analyses dialectically the advantages and disadvantages of the involvement of talented people in colleges and universities in social part-time jobs and converted flow of personnel. Finally, this paper expounds how to overcome the negative effects it produces.
