摘要
实际应用中使用统一的硬度标度是必要的。只有维氏硬度试验可以使所有金属建立起连续一致的维氏硬度标度 ,但原试验手段效率低。对试验仪器用传感技术进行数字化改造后 ,试验时可实时显示、监控试验力和压头压入试样的深度 ,保证试验的有效性 ;卸除试验力后 ,可在线获取试验结果。这样 ,不但能使维氏硬度试验便捷地用于硬度的常规检验 。
It is necessary to apply unitary scale of hardness in practice. The hardness of all metals samples can be continuously established with the same scale by Vickers hardness test. But the test methods are inefficient. If the test instrument is digitized innovation at all, as a result, the test load and depth of diamond pyramid pressed mark are displayed, the whole test processing is supervised and controlled similltaneously for its effectiveness, and the diamond pyramid hardness number can be obtained on line after unloaded. Thus, not only it will be universally used in routine inspection of metals hardness easily and quickly, but solved the technical problem that inhibits putting the unitary scale of hadrdness into practice
