摘要
研究开发了采用真空渗流法制备多孔泡沫铝合金的技术 该法显著减小了渗流时型腔内气体反压力 ,有利于细孔 (孔径 0 .4~ 0 .7mm)多孔泡沫铝的成形 ,解决了渗流法难以制备细孔多孔泡沫铝合金的难题 测试结果表明 。
The technique of fabricating the porous aluminum alloy with the vacuum penetration system has been researched and developed.It decreased the anti-pressure of the gas inside the mold,which is favorable to the fabrication of thin hole (diameter 0.4~0.7 mm) porous aluminum.The problem has been solved that the infiltration is difficult in fabrication of the thin hole porous aluminum alloy.The testing results show that the sound absorbent property of the porous aluminum alloy in high frequency range is good.
