渤海海域管网规划在推动渤海油田整体高效开发中的新思路

A New Planning of Regional Pipeline Network in Bohai Sea Promoting Overall Development Efficiency in Bohai Oil Field

通过对渤海海域管网规划的研究、探索和实践，可以从总体上解决油气田生产中天然（伴生）气的综合利用，为油气田生产服务起到降低投资、资源共享，节能减排增效的目的；同时，优化整个区域原油／天然气管网系统，为区域规划提供新的思路。通过对渤海海域管网规划研究，为未来渤海海域油气口开发策略提供更加科学和有效的决策依据，进一步提高海洋油气田开发方案与规划技术，成为边际油气田高效开发的新思路之一。

Based on the research, exploration and practice of Bohai regional pipeline network, the problem in utilization of natural （associated） gas can generally be solved, while investment reduction, resources sharing, energy saving and emission reduction can be achieved for oil field production and service. Optimization of regional crude oil and natural gas pipeline network provides an idea for regional planning. This research will provide more scientific and effective decision for development strategy of oil and gas field in Bohai sea area and will improve offshore oil and gas field development scheme and planning technology.
