深水铺管起重船主起重机简体建造与安装工艺

摘要 深水铺管起重船是深水油气田开发的重要施工装备,承担着固定式、浮式、水下油气生产设施安装和海底管道铺设的任务。船艉设有一台起重能力4000t(艉固定后背绳式)/3500t(全旋转式)的大型海洋工程起重机。主起重机自重和吊重物以质量荷载形式加载于主起重机简体上。主起重机筒体分为301结构分段和底座分段两部分。论文以实际工程为依托,对主起重机简体的建造与安装工艺进行深入研究,探索高效、合理的建造和安装工艺,可为今后大型起重船的主起重机简体制造与安装提供有益的参考。 Deepwater pipelay crane vessel is the important construction equipment for deepwater oil and gas development; it can execute the installation of fixed or floated subsea facilities and pipelay operation. A main crane with lifting capacity of 4000 ton (stem fixed tie back mode)/3500 ton (fully revolving mode) is set on the stem. The crane-self weight and its lifting weight are treated as mass load and will be added on the crane tube structure, which consists of hull structure block and tub block. This paper describes the construction and installation technique of main crane tube structure with high efficiency and reasonability, which will provide useful reference for future construction and installation of main crane tube structure on heavy lifting vessel.
