A／R绞车是铺管船重要的作业设备，其性能和工作的可靠性直接影响该船铺管作业的工作效率和作业安全。为了具备3000m水深海管铺设能力，海洋石油201船A／R绞车的性能要求不但要具有最大400的牵引能力，而且能够储存直径108mm－3500m钢缆的能力。因常规～R绞车无法同时满足牵引力和储缆能力的要求，设计了适合海洋石油201船深水铺管作业的A/R绞车，并在有限的空间内进行合理的布置。论文对海洋石油201船A／R绞车构造特点和大直径钢缆盘缆经常发生的问题及其解决方法进行了详细阐述。

A/R winch is critical equipment for pipelayer, the performance and reliability of A/R winch will directly affect the pipelay efficiency and operation safety. A 400 ton A/R winch assembly on the deepwater pipelay crane vessel ＂HAl YANG SHI YOU 201＂ is designed to provide maximum constant tension up to 400 t and store 3500 meter long wire rope with diameter of 108 mm in limited space. This paper summarizes characteristics of this A/R winch assembly, probably encountered problems and solutions during large diameter wire rope spooling.
