摘要
海上石油平台在原油开采处理稳定过程中,低压闪蒸天然气基本被全部直接排放到火炬放空;如果将这部分天然气回收并进行利用,不仅能够提高油田的直接效益,而且也有利于环保;同时,对于天然气增压能否找到一种新型的、对进气要求不是太高的、震动小、占地小的多级往复式活塞压缩机的替代品,对一些边际油田的开发也尤为重要。
In the exploitation and stabilization process of crude oil on an offshore oil platform, almost all of low pressure flashing gas is directly discharged to the flare and vented. Recovery and utilization of such gas can not only improve the direct benefit of oil field, but also conducive to environmental protection. In this paper, the replacement of a natural gas booster by a new type of multi-stage reciprocating piston compressor is proposed, which has the advantage of low requirement in intake, low vibration and small size. It has great significance to the development of marginal oil fields.
