Localization and Application of Stainless Steel Furnace Tubes

通过国产炉管的调查与分析，提出了对常减压装置加热炉101-F—101、101-F-102的材质为TP316L的炉管，以及重整装置加热炉110-F-101的材质为TP347H的炉管进行国产化（原分交方案为进口）。并针对国产炉管存在的问题，与制造厂共同进行了技术攻关，在技术方面对炼钢、锻造、穿孔、冷轧、热处理等方面做了改进，加强了检验，强化了现场安装管理。在保证材料的三大主要因素（化学成分、加工工艺、热处理）方面做了大量工作。上述炉管国产化后，取得了良好的经济效益，节约资金3000万元，并具有良好的推广前景和社会效益。

Based on the investigation and analysis of domestic furnace tubes, Authors localization solutions of them are proposed for crude oil distillation furnaces 101-F- 101 and 101-F- 102 with material TP316L and for catalytic continuous reformate furnace110-F-101 with material TP347H. Problems in forging, perforation, cold rolling and heat treatment are studied. Three major factors, that is, chemical component, processes, heat treatment, are promoted and site supervision is strengthened. Great economic benefits are gained and 30 million yuan RMB is saved as the localization of furnace tubes, which has a promising future of social promotion.
