托盘管理在番禺34—1导管架建造项目中的应用

随着海洋石油工程的发展，海上油气的开发也从浅海逐渐向深海区域延伸，大型深水导管架的建造项目也就逐渐增多。目前已经完成和正在建造的大型深水导管架项目，都采用传统导管架的建造方式，建造周期较长、场地占用率高、资源协调性差、生产效率低、频繁补料的缺点还是存在。番禺34—1项目中，借鉴托盘化管理的思路，将导管架进行中间产品分解，很好地解决了上述问题。

More and more mega jackets are constructed with the development of offshore oil industry. Usually jackets are fabricated with traditional method, defects of which are long fabrication term, need of more construction field, difficulty in resource coordinate, low production efficiency and frequency of feeding. Based on tray management, those problems are well solved with the decomposition of intermediate products of jacket.
