摘要
双相不锈钢存在柱状奥氏体晶粒,这种柱状晶的晶粒粗大,组织不均匀,具有明显的各向异性,这给超声波探伤带来许多困难。试验表明,使用双晶聚焦纵波(TRL)相控阵检测技术能有效地降低超声波检测的难度,在缺陷的定位、定性和定量的准确性上具有一定的优势,且具有操作方便、安全性高和检测快捷等特点。
There are anisotropic and large columnar austenite grains in duplex stainless steel, which causes many difficulties for ultrasonic testing. It is proved through experiment that using TRL phased array system can effectively reduce the difficulty in ultrasonic testing. TRL focus phased array system has unique advantages in the accuracy of determination of flaw's position, type and size. TRL focus phased array system is more convenient for operation, and more quick and safe for testing.
