摘要
为使正压防爆设施更好地满足海上平台的安全要求,开发设计了以PLC为核心并遵循IEC60079-13和DNV2.7—2的正压防爆系统。该系统从系统架构、控制逻辑、设备选型等多方面进行了改进。实践证明,改进后的系统较传统的以接触器、继电器为核心的正压防爆系统适用领域更加广泛,扩展性更好,安全性更高。
In order to meet the safety requirement of offshore platform, a pressurized explosion-protected system is developed. PLC is the core of the system, design of which is following codes IEC60079-13 and DNV2.7-2 The system architecture, control logic, equipment selection and other aspects are improved. Practice has proved that, compared with the traditional system with relay contactor as the core, the improved system has more extensive applicability, better scalability and higher safety.
