摘要
以氯乙酸母液为原料 ,采用硫代硫酸钠法将其转化为二氯乙酸甲酯和巯基乙酸 ;在最佳反应条件下 ,可得到纯度 (质量分数 )为 99.6%的高纯二氯乙酸甲酯 ,收率 (质量分数 )高达94 .5% ,同时获得收率为 94 .8%的巯基乙酸。该工艺简单 ,成本低 ,并可变废为宝 。
The research is about united manufacture of methyl ester of dichloroacetic acid and mercaptoacetic acid, using mother solution of monochloroacetic acid and sodium sulfhydrate as materials. Under the optimum operating conditions, a high quality methyl ester of dichloroacetic acid (≥99.6%) was obtained in a high yield of about 94.5%, as well as mercaptoacetic acid in a yield of about 94.8%.The process had the feature of cheap starting material, simple operation, high quality, low cost and less pollution.
