摘要
针对企业领导业绩综合评价的指标及评价方法进行研究,提出评价的一般方法和模糊综合评价方法。
Based on the analysis on the overall evaluating indexes and evaluating methods of the achievements of enterprise leaders, this paper puts forward the general evaluating method and the fuzzy overall evaluatin g methods.
